Since 1983, Merit Consultants International, a division of Cementation Canada Inc. (Merit) has been providing Project and Construction Management services for Clients in the mining community.   Committed to keeping the scope of a project in the Owner’s Control, Merit acts as an extension of the Owner’s team and assists in the selection and coordination of resources best suited to the project. Merit is not directly involved in engineering, manufacturing or construction which enables project decisions to be focused and unbiased.
